While browsing online, it is important that you do not expose your information out to each and everyone. This information comes in the form of your IP address, your country, type of operating system you have, type of Internet browser you use, and even where you last visited online. People get this information about you when you visit certain sites where they track the activities of their users.
There is something called a “proxy server” that will allow you to browse the web anonymously. Proxy servers cloak your IP address and other information that much harder for people to find specific information about you. Proxy servers are not 100% guaranteed to stop the leakage of information, but it’s a good step in the right direction. To obtain a proxy server, you can go online and buy one or get one free. There are many more types of proxy servers for free online but both are great and the people I personally own use. Once again, the proxy server will not protect you 100%, but it’s a great way to stop amateurs from trying to steal your information online. One thing you can do is use an encrypted connection when browsing online. Mozilla Firefox allows you to browse the “private”, thus malware protection from others sites you visit online.
